Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
We accept returns & exchanges on most of our items as long as they are in resellable condition. A few times a year, we may have a final blowout on end of season items, in that case, those sales are final.
If you need to exchange for a different size please send us an email so we can confirm size availability at email@example.com
All return order issues must be handled within 21 days of order date.
Since we are a small independent business all postage on returns and exchanges are at the cost of the buyer - thanks for your support & understanding! Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Ordering & Shipping
We ship worldwide & aim to get orders dispatched within 7 working days, often sooner.
All orders over £20 in value are sent via recorded services. All orders under £20 are sent via standard delivery services (no tracking).
We use Royal Mail for all orders.
